HOW TO AVOID MORNING DROWSY





1.Get enough time of good night sleeping.

The amount of sleep we had at night affects our next day performance. If you don’t have sleep for at least seven or eight hour sleep, the next day you will be drowsy.

2.Execise daily.

The morning routine of 30 minutes exercise or doing yoga will be helpful for avoid morning time sleep.

3. avoid usage of electronic devices at night.

Don’t use electronic devices while you are at bed. emailing , chatting on social websites eats your enough time for sleeping. Use bed only for sleep and sex. Go to bed only after you feel sleepy.

4. make powerful light.

Use powerful bright light in the room. Yes the less bright light will also make you drowsy.

5.have a cup of coffee.

Caffeine in your coffee will make you active and avoid drowsy. But once the amount of caffeine has been consumed become less you once again will feel drowsy.

6. Listen to music at night.

Learn melody songs at night before going to bed , or reading a book will help good night sleep so next day drowsy can be avoided.
